Booking Process

Check that the gite(s) you require is available for the period you want to stay.
Make a booking request by completing the Booking Form on the website or contacting us by telephone.
We will send you an email with confirmation of your booking.
On receipt of your deposit by us, we will send you another email confirming this.
If your deposit is not received within 7 days, your booking will be made re-available and shown as such on the website.
The remaining balance of your rental is payable on arrival with the handing over of the keys.

You are required to pay 50% of the rental amount as a deposit, within 7 days of receiving an email notification from us to confirm availability of your booking dates. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% rental amount is payable on arrival with the handing over of the keys.
All prices and payments are in Euros.

The property is rented for weekly periods beginning and ending on a Saturday.
Guests are welcome at any time after 2 pm on the first Saturday. Checkout time on the last Saturday is at 10 am.
If you wish to rent the property for other durations or starting on another day, please contact us - we can be flexible.

A refundable deposit of €50 in cash is payable on arrival, to cover any loss or breakage in the property during your stay.
The use of the accommodation, grounds, equipment or other amenities is entirely at your risk and we accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests personally, their belongings or vehicles.

All charges for water, gas and electricity are included as well as linen and towels.
